There are no returns, so brushes cannot be sent back due to not following prep instructions.
Brushes have been tested for months by multiple nail technicians to ensure that quality is to a high standard and that all brushes work well. This information below will be included in your order.
PLEASE ENSURE YOU FOLLOW THE ADVICE BELOW TO GET THE BEST USE OUT OF YOUR BRUSHES:
EVERY BRUSH WILL ARRIVE WITH A PROTECTIVE GUM ON THE BRISTLES, THIS NEEDS TO BE REMOVED FULLY SO THAT THE BRUSH CAN BE USED TO ITS FULL POTENTIAL. IF YOU ATTEMPT TO USE THEM WITHOUT PREPPING THEN THEY WILL NOT WORK WELL!
BRUSH PREP:
FLICK THE BRISTLES UNTIL THE PROTECTIVE GUM LAYER IS GONE, WHEN YOU THINK ITS DONE, DO IT AGAIN JUST INCASE! THE LINER BRUSHES WILL THEN NEED TO BE SET BACK INTO PLACE SO SWIPE THEM THROUGH SOME CLEAR GEL TOP COAT AND LEAVE THEM UNTIL YOU’RE READY TO USE
BRUSH CARE:
- IT’S HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO AVOID ACETONE TO CLEAN YOUR BRUSHES AS IT DRIES OUT THE HAIRS, PLEASE USE BRUSH CLEANERS DESIGNED TO CARE FOR NAIL ART BRUSHES.
- BE CAREFUL AND TRY NOT TO GET ACETONE OR MONOMER ON THE BRUSH DESIGN AS IT WILL MELT AWAY!
